About the Role

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends within the professional services market and corporate sales.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
• Identify and target potential clients in the professional services market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Sales Growth and Revenue Generation:
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing of deals.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
• Continuously monitor market dynamics and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and client services support teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
• Provide valuable insights and feedback from the field to contribute to the development of new products or services.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis to track key metrics and KPIs.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, document sales activities, and forecast future sales.
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have proven past experience in Professional Services and Corporate Sales industry, minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
PREFERRED:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
